We are currently seeking individuals who possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through email and live chat, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have.
This is a remote position, and we are hiring individuals from all over the world. comprehensive training will be provided, and we are looking for individuals who are ready to start working right away.
What you will be doing: As a work-from-home chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
