We are looking for a motivated customer-loving service rep to help respond to tickets and resolve customer issues
It requires spoken and written English language proficiency.
We’ll train and have a procedure manual for reference.
This is for Weekend and evening support work hours at the moment.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Be able to work independently.
Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
Have 20+ hours availability per week.
Reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours a week
Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
