As a member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on a business’s website and providing them with top-notch support.
In this entry-level position, you will receive comprehensive training to handle a variety of support questions, such as inquiries about shipping rates, return policies, and inventory. No prior experience is required, but a friendly and helpful demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and handle pressure are all essential.
What you will be doing: You will be a text chat operator working in a customer support role. At the start of your shift (you can choose your own hours) you log in to the business’s website and start responding to the messages that come in from questions. At the end of your shift, you log out and are paid daily.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed:
Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Be able to work independently.
Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
Have 10 + hours availability per week.
Reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
