Join our team as an Overnight Customer Service Representative (OCSR) and be a part of our mission to provide exceptional customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding live chat support to our customers during the overnight hours. As the face of our company, you will be communicating with customers and ensuring that their issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
What you will be doing: As a customer service live chat assistant, you will be paid to log in to the business’s chat application and respond to frequently asked questions from customers. These are normally things like prices, refund policies, and giving out discount codes. comprehensive training is provided and training takes less than a day.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 an hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week
Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
