We are currently seeking Live Chat Assistants who will be the primary point of contact for customer and member inquiries. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming chat requests and emails. You will be responsible for clarifying information from requestors and delivering accurate and timely responses.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 an hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week.
Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
