Live Chat Support Specialists – No Experience Needed

We are seeking live chat Support Specialists to provide top-notch business and customer support to our customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to emails and chat messages regarding escalated issues for resolution, documentation, and follow-up.

This is a remote position where you will primarily be communicating with customers online through platforms like Facebook Messenger, and you will not be required to communicate with anyone face-to-face.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connectivity. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level chat support jobs, so comprehensive training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: You can work remotely online from the United States.
