As a Live Chat Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer support for our clients and their website visitors through the use of Live Chat software. Your duties will include answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction.
They should be capable of handling multiple incoming requests for information. This person will be expected to continually demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service.
What you will be doing: Your job will be to log in to the business’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, to then reply to questions that have been sent by customers. Some of the questions will be from existing buyers who want support with their purchase and some will be from potential customers who are asking sales questions. You will be trained on how to handle all the different types of questions.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
