Hourly Live Chat Assistant (Entry Level /Fully Remote)

As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients and their customers. This is a remote position where you will communicate with clients in real-time via live chat conversations. You will need excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a keen attention to detail to excel in this role.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to website customers. You will interact with customers through email, chat, or other systems. You will input special orders, answer service questions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer account information.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. comprehensive training is provided so you don’t need any previous related experience.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Reliable internet connectivity.

Hours per week: Flexible

Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
