Entry Level Work at Home Chat Support – No Experience

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as live chat assistants. Live chat assistants have the opportunity to work with a variety of businesses and help them provide exceptional customer support through their website or social media channels. This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

What you will be doing: As a live chat customer service assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connectivity. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level chat support jobs, so comprehensive training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
