Email Chat Support – Remote / Entry Level

We are currently hiring Email and Chat Support Executives to join our team. As an Email and Chat Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer queries and recommend solutions through emails and live chats. You will also be responsible for guiding product users through the process.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with our clients. You should also be familiar with social media apps and comfortable using them to interact with customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
