Customer Chat Support Associate – Remote

We are seeking a temporary customer service representative who is dedicated to providing outstanding support to our community. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries through live chat and email, providing accurate and efficient product and shipping information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

As a chat support agent, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively. This is a temporary position that will be instrumental in ensuring a positive customer experience during the holiday season.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connectivity. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level chat support jobs, so comprehensive training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: You can work remotely online from the United States.
