Chat Support Associate – Customer Service (Remote / Entry Level)

As a customer service representative for our company, you will be responsible for handling all incoming inquiries from customers via email and live chat. You will be the first point of contact, providing professional and friendly service to assist customers with their needs.

What you will be doing: You will go through a short training program to get familiar with the job and the business that you are working for. Then your daily task will be to log in to the business’s website live chat feature and respond to customer questions. Some will be for support and some will be sales-related. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from our team as well.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 8 hours of availability per day. Reliable internet connectivity.

Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
